Tear the brisket, snap the claws.
Take the low-and-slow, wood-fired tradition of a Texas pit, add the messy, buttery comfort of a seasoned seafood boil, and pair it with the sweet, savory, and fiery soul of a Manila street feast. That is Smoked Bags Co.—bringing a rich, wood-fired backyard experience straight to the streets of Reno.
Rather than setting up in a traditional storefront, we built a custom food truck to bring these comfort classics directly to you. On one side of our truck, we burn split white oak logs to smoke our meats low and slow for a beautiful pink smoke ring. On the other, we boil fresh sweet shrimp, snow crab legs, mussels, and clams, tossing them hot into bags drenched in rich garlic butter, lemongrass, calamansi vinegar, and warm siling labuyo chilies. It's messy, smoky, and packed with authentic Pinoy flavor.
Split white oak, low and slow for hours on end — every brisket and rib gets the pitmaster treatment until that pink smoke ring runs all the way through.
Shrimp, snow crab, mussels, and clams boiled fresh and tossed piping hot in butter-drenched bags — finger-licking, briny, and built for getting your hands dirty.
Calamansi vinegar, lemongrass, and fiery siling labuyo chilies folded straight from a Manila backyard fiesta into every bag we hand you.
"We're not chasing a permanent spot. We're chasing the next plate, the next city block, the next person who didn't know they needed Texas barbeque with a Filipino soul — until now."
